The Seven Samurais

No, this isn't an article about Akira Kurosawa's Shichinin No Samurai (Seven Samurais). The Seven Samurais are a group of seven fictional smiley characters concieved by Nikhil Chandran and Me during a chat via sms. The character's were originally created with respect to the sms world but later we altered them with respect to the cyber world. Read on and get introduced to these quirky characters.

@_¤ - The God of Cyber World.

He Generates, Operates and Deletes. He's present in the heart of every intelligent and Internet enabled desktops, laptops, handsets or any such gadgets. He's one eyed and that eye is blind. But he can see everything.

His usual Dialogue " In the land of the blind, the one eyed blind guy is God."

(¤¤) - The Blind and The Dead.

Even though his name suggests otherwise he's actually very much alive. He's a blind believer in God of The Cyber World. He believes 'blindly' that he can see everything and also that he's 'dead' which really disturbs @_¤ but can't do anything about it because of his blind belief in Him.

His usual Dialogue : I see.

O_o - The Skeptic.

As the name suggests he's an avid critic of God of Cyber World, his ways and also his Blind believer. But his hatred is limited to the former. He wants the Blind Dead guy to actually 'see' the Truth which 'he' believes in. No matter what anyone does, he's never convinced.

His usual Dialogue : WTH?

(..) - The Quiet.

He has never spoken a word. At least not the ones we understand. There are rumors that he's from another planet. But he has 'silently' denied such rumours.

*B{ - The Thalaivar.

He's the self proclaimed king of Cyber World. He's believed to have created the internet which the Mighty God has spoken against on many occasions and had even tried to execute him. He's a perfectionist. He's believed to have counted to infinity. Twice, that is. It is also believed that he has come up with a defintion of 1/0 and square root of -1.

He 'Hates' this Dialogue : Nobody is perfect. (he takes it as a personal insult)

(@@) - The E.T.

As the name suggest he's from another world. Even though it may not appear so, his knowledge of the universe is vast. He's cute, innocent and pure at heart.

He's very popular. He's a social networking giant and is always the trending topic on any social networking sites. Whatever he says is certain to become the next trending topic.

As said before there is, a not so different version of these characters, in the sms world, where every mention of Cyber World is replaced by that of SMS.
